SE, SET series boilers
for heat supply of buildings and structures
Domestic gas heating appliances KTN SE and KTN SE(T) are designed for heat supply of individual residential buildings, apartments and municipal facilities equipped with water heating systems with natural or forced circulation of the coolant. The operating water pressure is up to 0.3 MPa (3 bar), and the maximum water temperature at the boiler outlet is up to 80°C. Boilers with a steel heat exchanger are used exclusively for heating water in heating systems, while integration with an external heat exchanger is possible to provide hot water supply.
The peculiarity of the KTN SE series is an open combustion chamber, where the combustion air is taken from the room, and the combustion products are removed naturally through a chimney with draft stabilizers. The KTN SE(T) boilers also have an open combustion chamber, but provide forced removal of combustion products with a smoke exhaust, which allows connection to separate chimneys, common chimneys or through enclosing structures. The units are equipped with a flue gas extraction control system, safety devices (gas supply shutdown in case of no combustion or overheating) and an electronic control board that supports weather-dependent control and cascade operation of several boilers.
The design includes a steel heat exchanger, a gas burner, a smoke exhaust system, a draft stabilizer (for the SE) or a turbo charger (for the SE(T)), and the possibility of integration with the ENCRONO OT1 remote control. The series is characterized by flexible configurations, heat output from 48 to 96 kW and high efficiency, which ensures reliable and safe operation.
