ES, EST series boilers

Domestic gas heating appliances ES and EST from Eurotherm Technology are designed for heating water in water heating systems of individual houses, apartments and municipal facilities with natural or forced circulation of the coolant. The operating water pressure is up to 1.5 bar, and the water temperature at the boiler outlet is adjustable in the range of 30-80°C. Boilers with a steel heat exchanger are used for heating, and with the help of an external heat exchanger, they can provide hot water with a temperature control from 30 to 65°C.

The ES series is equipped with an open combustion chamber, where the combustion air is taken from the room and the combustion products are removed naturally through a flue with a draft stabilizer. EST models also have an open combustion chamber, but provide forced flue gas extraction with a smoke exhauster, allowing the combustion products to be removed through separate chimneys, common chimneys or enclosing structures (wall or roof) with a maximum flue length of 6 m. Both models belong to the B11BS type according to the DVGW-TRGI 1986/1996 classification and are equipped with a flue gas outlet control system.

The boilers have safety functions, including gas supply shutdown in case of no combustion, overheating or smoke removal, as well as frost protection (activated at temperatures below 6°C) and pump blocking. The 960 KV1 electronic control board supports weather-dependent control, cascade control (up to 21 boilers), remote control via the OpenTherm protocol and integration with room thermostats. The heat output of the models (50 ES/EST, 100 ES/EST) varies from 48 to 96 kW, and the use of low-pressure natural gas (33,500-36,000 kJ/m³) ensures high efficiency.

The design includes a steel heat exchanger, a gas burner, a draft stabilizer (ES) or a smoke exhaust (EST), as well as the ability to connect additional equipment (pumps, three-way valves). The series is characterized by reliability, safety and flexible settings for various heating systems.
