SR series boilers
for heat supply of buildings and structures
Domestic gas heating appliances KTN SR from Eurotherm Technology are designed for heat supply of individual houses, apartments and municipal facilities with water heating systems with natural or forced circulation of the coolant. The working water pressure is up to 0.3 MPa (3 bar), and the maximum water temperature at the boiler outlet reaches 90°C. Boilers with a steel heat exchanger are used for heating, and with the help of an external heat exchanger can provide hot water supply.
The boilers have an open combustion chamber, where combustion air is taken from the room, and the combustion products are discharged naturally through a chimney with a draft stabilizer. They belong to the B11BS type according to the DVGW-TRGI 1986/1996 classification and are equipped with a flue gas exhaust control system. The boilers do not depend on electricity supply, and their heat output depends on the model and gas pressure of 1960 Pa.
The design includes a heat-tube steel heat exchanger with turbulizers, a gas burner with an igniter unit, a decorative casing and a draft stabilizer. The boilers are equipped with safety functions: gas supply blocking in the absence of combustion, overheating or smoke removal, as well as temperature control of the coolant from 0 to 90°C using a thermostat. The series is characterized by quiet operation, reliability and the ability to integrate with room thermostats.
