Boilers of the KT TBY A "Lux" series"
for heat supply of buildings and structures
Domestic gas heating appliances KT TBY A “Lux” are designed for heat supply of individual houses, apartments and buildings for municipal purposes equipped with water heating systems with natural or artificial circulation of the coolant, as well as for heating water for hot water supply (DHW). The working water pressure is up to 0.2 MPa (2 bar), the maximum water temperature at the boiler outlet is up to 90°C. Unlike the single-circuit TSY models, TBY boilers are dual-circuit: a steel heat exchanger provides heating, and a copper heat exchanger of the second circuit heats the domestic hot water.
The Lux series is equipped with a sealed (closed) combustion chamber with a horizontal coaxial air supply system and flue gas exhaust through the outer wall. The combustion air is drawn in from outside the room, and the flue gases are removed by natural draft due to the density difference. The units have piezoelectric ignition, gas automation with adjustable heat output and safety devices for safe operation.
The structure includes a steel heat exchanger with a firebox and combustion product collector, a copper heat exchanger for domestic hot water, a gas burner, an air duct, a chimney, a wind protection casing and a decorative casing for floor installation. The Lux series is characterized by increased energy efficiency (efficiency up to 93%), low noise level and long service life (at least 15 years).
