Boilers of the KT TS A “Lux” series”
for heat supply of buildings and structures
Domestic gas heating appliances KT TS A (“LUX”) from Eurotherm Technology are designed for heat supply of individual houses, apartments and municipal facilities equipped with water heating systems with forced circulation of the coolant. The operating water pressure is up to 0.2 MPa (2 bar), and the maximum water temperature at the boiler outlet reaches 90°C. Boilers with a steel heat exchanger are used exclusively for heating water in heating systems.
The boilers have an open combustion chamber where combustion air is taken from the room and the combustion products are discharged naturally through a chimney with a draft stabilizer. They belong to the B11BS type according to the DVGW-TRGI 1986/1996 classification and are equipped with a flue gas exhaust control system. The boilers are designed for low-pressure natural gas (1274 Pa), and their heat output depends on the model (see Table 5 of the document).
The design includes a steel heat exchanger, piezoelectric ignition, a draft stabilizer and safety devices that ensure safety: blocking the gas supply in the absence of combustion or smoke removal. The coolant temperature is regulated by a thermostat in the range up to 90°C. The LUX series is characterized by high quality materials, ergonomic design and the ability to integrate with heating automation systems.
