Modular transportable boiler houses with gas instantaneous water heaters VPM-192 kW

for heat supply of buildings and structures

Modular transportable boiler houses with VPM-192 kW gas instantaneous water heaters can be used either as standalone units or as rooftop boiler houses.

Design — a single VPM module has overall in-plane dimensions of just 950×700 mm. The module's light weight (250 kg), simple installation, and low NOx emissions make VPM modules the optimal choice specifically for setting up rooftop boiler houses.

Gas boiler houses with VPM-192 kW water heaters can have a capacity ranging from 192 to 1920 kW, operating in cascade mode based on the outdoor air temperature — bringing into operation precisely the number of modules required at a given period of time and ensuring an even load distribution across the modules.

Given that the minimum capacity of a single heater is 45 kW, boiler houses based on them have a wide power modulation range. The more modules in the boiler house, the wider this range. A total of up to 10 water heaters can operate within a Kolvi VPM cascade boiler house. Fuel — low-pressure natural gas (20 mbar).

These boiler houses can have many layout configurations, since the VPM-192 kW modular water heaters can be arranged in the boiler house either in a single row or in two rows. Convenient hydraulic and gas connections make manufacturing the boiler houses quite fast.

The VPM modules are connected to the heating network through a hydraulic separator. As noted above, these boiler houses have quite compact dimensions. For example, a 960 kW boiler house (5 VPM modules) with a domestic hot water circuit can be assembled in a single transportable container measuring 8000×2500×2650 mm.

Such boiler houses do not require tall chimneys, and flue gas removal in them can be either natural or forced.
