The performance was choreographed by Anatolii Shekera. It has not been in the repertoire for more than 15 years, and this year the ballet Coppélia was restored for the students of the KDFCC by Honored Artist of Ukraine Yaroslav Tkachuk. He was invited to work on this project by Kateryna Kukhar.
The prima ballerina herself watched her students from the box and came on stage only to bow and before the start of the second act to present an award to Oleksandr Kroshka, who helped to equip the bomb shelter at the dance college.

Among the guests of the evening were Natalia Kryvda, Yevhen and Ksenia Koshovykh with their daughter, Oksana Nechyporenko, Iryna Pikalova, Serhiy Perman, Oleksandr Kroshka, Olga Rosashanska, and Andriy Vigirinsky. Students Zlata Loseva and Valerii Khovanov performed the main roles of Svanilde and Franz.
