Heating water boiler «Kolvi 250»

Description

The KOLVI 250 boiler is a stationary fire-tube hot-water boiler designed for heating water in water heating systems of buildings and structures with forced circulation. It is a horizontally located cylindrical prefabricated welded structure consisting of a body with a furnace, a furnace door, a flue gas box, thermal insulation and decorative lining. On the upper part of the body there are flanged supply and return water pipes with flanges, as well as two pipes for mounting safety valves. The lower part of the body has a drainage connection with an external thread. The casing is made of carbon steel and consists of two shells (inner and outer) connected in the front part by a pipe board, and on the other side, each shell ends with a welded bottom with a gap between them. In the space between the shells, there are convection chimneys made of seamless pipe. The cavity of the inner shell forms a dead-end furnace chamber: the flue gases from the bottom return to the door, pass through the flue pipes with turbulizers to the flue gas box and are discharged through the chimney into the atmosphere. The furnace door is hinged on the front side of the shell and is protected by heat-resistant concrete and equipped with a viewing window. Around the perimeter of the door is a groove for the sealing cord.

The boiler operates on natural gas or liquid fuel (fuel oil, diesel fuel), depending on the type of burner it is equipped with. The optimized design of the heat exchanger and the multi-pipe flue ensure high efficiency (up to 92%). The area of application is stationary and transportable boiler houses of closed heat supply systems.
