Heating water boiler «Kolvi 440»

Description

The KOLVI 440 boiler is a stationary fire-tube hot-water boiler designed for heating water in water heating systems of buildings and structures with forced circulation. The boiler design is a horizontally arranged cylindrical prefabricated welded structure, including a body with a furnace, a furnace door, a flue gas box, thermal insulation and decorative lining. On the upper part of the body there are flanged supply and return water pipes with flanges and two pipes for mounting safety valves, and in the lower part there is a drainage connection with an external thread. The body is made of carbon steel and consists of two shells (inner and outer) connected in the front part by a pipe board, and on the other hand, each shell ends with a welded bottom with a gap between them. In the space between the shells, there are convective bundle flue pipes made of seamless steel. The inner shell forms a dead-end furnace chamber: the flue gases from the bottom return to the door, pass through the flue pipes with turbulizers to the flue gas box and are discharged through the chimney into the atmosphere. The furnace door is hinged, protected by heat-resistant concrete, equipped with a viewing window and has a groove for a sealing cord around the perimeter.

The boiler can be operated on natural gas or liquid fuel (fuel oil, diesel fuel), depending on the type of burner. Thanks to the multi-pipe flue and optimized design, high efficiency (up to 93%) is achieved. The area of application is stationary and transportable boiler houses of closed heating systems.
