Heating water boiler «Kolvi 550»

Description

The KOLVI 550 boiler is a stationary hot-tube water heating boiler designed for heating water in water heating systems of buildings and structures with forced circulation. The boiler has a horizontal cylindrical prefabricated welded structure, including a body with a furnace, a furnace door, a flue gas box, thermal insulation and decorative cladding. On the upper part of the body there are flanged supply and return water pipes with flanges and two pipes for safety valves, and in the lower part there is a drainage connection with an external thread. The body is made of carbon steel and consists of two shells connected by a pipe board in the front part, and on the other hand, each shell ends with a welded bottom with a gap between them. Between the shells are seamless steel convection bundle flue pipes. The inner shell forms a dead-end furnace chamber: the flue gases from the bottom return to the door, pass through the flue pipes with turbulizers to the flue gas box and are discharged through the chimney. The hinged furnace door is protected by heat-resistant concrete, equipped with a viewing window and has a groove for the sealing cord.

The boiler operates on natural gas or liquid fuel (fuel oil, diesel fuel). Thanks to the multi-tube flue and optimized design, the boiler achieves an efficiency of up to 93%. The boiler is used in stationary and transportable boiler houses for closed heating systems.
