Heating hot water boiler «Kolvi 90»
Description
The KOLVI 90 boiler is a stationary fire-tube hot water boiler designed for heating water in water heating systems of buildings and structures with forced circulation. The boiler is a horizontally located cylindrical prefabricated welded structure consisting of a shell with a furnace, a furnace door, a flue gas box, thermal insulation and decorative lining. On the upper part of the body there are flanged supply and return water pipes with flanges, as well as two pipes for mounting safety valves. A drainage connection with an external thread is located in the lower part of the body. The boiler body is made of carbon steel and consists of two shells (inner and outer) connected in the front part by a pipe board. In the space between the shells, there are convective bundle flue pipes made of seamless pipe. The cavity of the inner shell forms a dead-end furnace chamber: the flue gases from the bottom return to the door, pass through the flue pipes with turbulizers to the flue gas box and are discharged through the chimney into the atmosphere. The furnace door is hinged on the front side of the furnace body, which is protected by heat-resistant concrete and equipped with a viewing window.
The boiler can be operated on natural gas or liquid fuel (fuel oil, diesel fuel), depending on the type of burner. Thanks to the multi-pipe flue and optimized water circulation, high efficiency (up to 93%) is achieved. The automation system ensures stable operation and safety. The boiler is used in stationary and transportable boiler houses for heating residential, administrative and industrial facilities in closed heating systems.
