Block-modular transportable gas boiler houses, type KM2

for heat supply of buildings and structures

In KM-2 type block-modular boiler houses, the heat-generating equipment consists of Kolvi steel fire-tube hot-water boilers fitted with fan burners, in which combustion air is supplied under forced draft.

These boiler houses are used for the heat supply of buildings whose specifications require maintaining a heating system temperature schedule of 90/70 °C or higher, with high coolant pressure (above 0.3 MPa at the boiler house inlet).

Transportable block-modular gas boiler houses — these are boiler houses that consist of several transportable containers (two or more).

After installation on the foundation, these containers are joined into a unified structure.

Block-modular boiler houses with a capacity of 1.3 to 2.6 MW consist of two containers.

Those with a capacity of 3 to 4 MW consist of three containers.

Those with a capacity of 5 to 10 MW consist of four containers.

If the boiler house is to include additional equipment (a backup boiler, a hot water preparation unit, operator rooms, restrooms, etc.), the number of transportable containers in the block-modular boiler house increases accordingly.
